Prospering Farm facilities includes 3 barns with a total of 67 stalls and four rings.

The main barn is connected to the indoor arena. The office is located in the center of the main barn along with a lounge and restrooms, all of which are heated and air conditioned.
All barns have cross tie areas for tacking up, tack rooms and wash racks with hot and cold water.

Prospering Farm has four rings, including three outdoor rings and one covered ring.

In addition, Prospering Farm facilities also include a horse walker, breeding stocks, a round pen and a hay barn. There is housing on the property for some of the barn's grooms to live in.
